About the Project

NanoCry is a third-person, team-based battle royale built in Unity for Windows PC, supporting matches of up to 27 players. Its core system, Zone Regeneration, divides a hexagonal map into three elemental zones, each tied to one of three playable factions: the NanoLords, construct-and-shield specialists; the Rustborn, sabotage-and-salvage scavengers; and the Voidkeepers, stealth-and-lockdown ambushers. Players channel at fixed Regen Towers to flip a zone to their faction's element, buffing allies and debuffing enemies caught inside — turning the map itself into a second, contestable battlefield layered over a traditional shrinking-ring loop. A single currency, NanoBytes, funds zone control, abilities, shields, and weapon pickups, tying every tactical decision to the same economy. Built for competitive battle royale and team-shooter fans, NanoCry differentiates itself from the genre's crowded field through faction identity and zone-based strategy rather than gunplay alone.
